Ultimate Green 15 Bliss Balls
1 ½ cups mixed seeds, such as chia, hemp, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin
½ cup almonds or almond meal
8 medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 30mins
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
½ cup shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
1 Tbsp. nut butter (whatever you like)
3-4 tsp ultimate green 15 powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Place seeds and almonds in a food processor and pulse a few times to start breaking them down. Add the Ultimate Green 15 powder and cinnamon and blitz again for about 10-20 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the extra coconut to roll, and process until it starts to form a ball and the mixture holds when you pinch it between your fingers.
Take a walnut size amount and roll between your palms, then roll in coconut and place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat with remaining mixture, then place in fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
They will last in the fridge for about a week, or you can store them in the freezer.
Makes around 24 balls.
